What does PetKitOEM do?

PetKitOEM (a brand of Shenzhen Jinghong Innovation Technology Co., Ltd., founded 2017) develops smart pet devices with clients: camera feeders, self-cleaning litter boxes, pet cameras, water fountains and GPS collars with app and cloud, delivered as custom development projects that start with a paid development phase (NRE). We do not sell off-the-shelf products.

How large must a first order be?

Quantity is quoted per project. It depends on the project: scope of development, new tooling and the components chosen. Tell us your expected first-batch volume and we will quote against it.

Does PetKitOEM sell its own consumer brand?

No. We are not affiliated with PETKIT or any other pet-tech brand, and we sell no consumer brand of our own. We produce under our clients’ brands only — no retail channel of our own, so your market stays yours. IP terms are fixed in the contract and an NDA is signed before specifications are exchanged.

A smart pet device looks simple until you build one. A feeder has to move real food without jamming, a litter box must be unable to close on a cat, a camera has to cost less to run than it earns, and all of it has to survive an animal that chews, knocks over and scratches.

Every design decision starts from the animal, not the datasheet: how kibble flows, how different litters behave, what noise frightens a cat, how a collar sits on a swimming dog. The app, the cloud and the firmware are written by the same engineers as the mechanism, so a fault reported by a pet owner can be traced to its root.

We also say no. Projects that need a capability we do not have, or a spec the physics will not support, we decline plainly. That habit has cost us orders and saved our clients far more.
