OEM / ODM · paid development phase (NRE)
Pet water fountain OEM / ODM — quiet, easy to clean, built for your brand
A water fountain is judged on three things: how quiet it is, how easy it is to clean, and whether it protects itself. We design the pump, the water path and the sensing together, and add an app only where it earns its place.
Who usually works with us
You run a pet brand
You sell food, accessories or care products and want a smart device in your line. We supply hardware, app and cloud; the brand and the customer stay yours.
You sell on Amazon or your own store
You have found a product category that sells and want your own design, not the same listing as everyone else.
You already have an app or a design
You need hardware and firmware that fits your app, or engineering and production for a design you own. Each layer can be quoted alone.
You are replacing a supplier
Quality, firmware support or delivery has let you down and you want a team that owns the whole stack.
What decides whether it ships
Pump noise
The pump is the whole noise budget. Mounting, water path and flow rate are tuned for low sound at night.
Hygiene
Few parts and no hidden corners. A fountain that is hard to clean ends up in a cupboard.
Dry-run protection
Level sensing stops the pump before it burns out, which is the most common field failure.
Food-contact approvals
Water-touching parts are chosen and tested for the markets you sell in.
Two ways to scope the project
Platform-based development
Start from an engineering platform we have already built and tested, and adapt the housing, colours, app and packaging to your brand. A shorter path to a first sample.
Best for · Brands that want to launch in months, not years
Fully custom development
Your industrial design or ours, new tooling, firmware tuned to your claims, and a private platform with API access and data ownership.
Best for · Brands building a differentiated product line
Buyers often ask
Can you make a wireless-pump fountain?
Yes. Wireless-pump and battery designs are possible; they change the power architecture and the sealing, so we settle that at scoping.
Is an app necessary?
No. Many fountains ship without one. An app adds drinking logs and filter reminders and a running cloud cost.
Which materials can you use?
Stainless steel, ceramic and food-grade plastics. Each changes cost, weight and the approvals required.
How do projects start?
With a paid development phase (NRE), scoped against your design, materials and markets.

Describe the product you want to sell.
The product, the countries you ship to and a price you need to hit — that is plenty for a first answer. One of our engineers replies within one business day.
